[MCPE-10202] Brick texture on a block's eastern side unaligned with that of the other faces

The texture displayed on any eastern face of a brick-related block (bricks, brick slab, brick stairs) is unaligned with that block's other faces by slightly less than one pixel.
Tested with all obtainable block models utilizing the brick texture. This report assumes that East is the direction of the sunrise.
