Lava Cauldron emits 3 redstone signal strength instead of 1

This bug report is a parity issue. The lava cauldron emits three redstone signals instead of one, which is different from Java Edition 20w45a changes.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place lava inside the cauldron
2. Place a comparator right next to it, in the direction outwards
3. Place down some redstone dust
---> it emits 3 redstone signals.

I think bedrock was the original so it doesn't need to change, because "Bedrock is not a copy of Java", right?

Seeing no reason to assume Java is "correct" and Bedrock "incorrect", I've reported the discrepancy as a Java bug at MC-204393.

As always, it was left to devs to decide which behaviour is right.

The signal strength of a lava cauldron seems to be based on the cauldron being full, regardless of what is in it. The signal strength of water, potion, and dyed-water cauldrons is based on how full the cauldron is. Each use of a water bottle or potion on a cauldron fills it 1/3 of the way and increases the signal strength by 1. Each use of a dyed-water cauldron to dye something removes 1/6 of the dyed water, and every 2 uses reduces the signal strength by 1. This scheme allows a comparator to be used to measure how full the cauldron is. It is consistent with this scheme for a lava cauldron to give a signal strength of 3, because that indicates that the cauldron is full.

Per [Mod]GoldenHelmet's coment, I think that this report is invalid, and instead Java value needs to be fixed and transformed into this one.
