overworld_cubemap very bright at night

overworld_cubemap used in some texture packs, is now much brighter at night. It may be due to the renderdragon update. The issue only seems to be present on the Windows 10 edition.

Indeed a bug, I tested and works as it should on android. However on windows 10 version, the skybox texture does not dim at night.

Relates to MCPE-164447, another overworld_cubemap bug which appeared with RenderDragon
