Minecraft gets stuck on the startup loading screen and can't even manage to show the title screen itself

I would advise you to check your internet connection and reinstall the game.

My internet connection was as fine as it has always, and I already tried restoring Minecraft yesterday. If I realky have to reinstall the game, i'll do so later when I have time.

I'm just going to quote an (half-toxic) post I wrote on an other website, editing some parts of it:

"So apparently it seems like my Minecraft game decided that my (personal) resource pack is so bad that I will not be able to play today and it doesn’t even load the title screen. It keeps getting stuck on 50-60% (in other words, halfway through the loading bar). I did backups of the worlds and packs I made and got, then restored Minecraft, and it still does the same problem.

Great job, Microsoft. Great job. I’m not even gonna blame Mojang anymore. Bedrock Edition is a nightmare. Why does it need to be such an disappointment? Neither of these companies can take care of their own broken “special” edition of their game/franchise."

I still don't know if it's an issue with my Windows OS. Again, sorry for the toxic behavior in the message I quoted. It just angers me out that MCBE is so broken. Why is it even named "Bedrock" anyways??

For me, resizing the window before it gets to the loading screen allows the game to finish loading. Have a few resource packs. May be resource pack(s)' fault, may be game's fault. I don't have this issue with the same resource packs on another W10 device though

To enable the screen to complete loading, while the game is open and stuck, press Control + Shift + Escape to open up the task manager and click on more details, and click expand on Minecraft. Select 'Runtime Broker' and click on end task.

Usually, when the game crashes / closes the game during loading, resource packs are dropped. Then try to remove resource packs (move them temporarily) from minecraft folders.

Good tips cited above. The window scaling one may sound silly but it may work for you. Please see if these may help.

So that solution worked, and the game loaded normally. But the Runtime Broker thing keeps reappearing after the one second it's terminated. It is supposed to be like this? It is part of the engine?

I really want to not have to repeat the same step over and over.

I'd like to add for resizing the window, my game always starts in fullscreen, so i move my mouse to show the title bar and click the button that exits fullscreen.

I also found a number of instances where the progress bar doesn't load: I compared the progress of MCPE-45185, MCPE-58897, MCPE-117731, MCPE-117751, and this ticket, and the progress bars between all five all appear to be stuck at different levels. There could be different bugs causing the progress bar to not go further, or there could be underlying issues to explain a combination (or all) of the level the progress bar is being stuck at.

The only thing I can say right is "What did Mojang just inject in the code to cause such an annoying issue like this?!".

thought this was fixed! this dasterly glitch is gonna be the ban of me lol.

I understand that this is still an issue right? 
Could you tell me what are the specs of your computer? graphics card etc? Is it a laptop or a PC?
