Steps to reproduce:
Place your boat on the water.
Stand on it (don't get in!).
Observed results:
The player will almost immediately fall through the boat.
Expected results:
The player will not fall through the boat, but will simply stand on it.

Doesnβt seem like the same issue to me. MCPE-105535 is about falling through boats when dismounting them and happened before 1.16.210.
If you have a boat in water you will se that it slowly moves up and down. Now since 1.16.210 you cannot stand on it anymore while it is moving up, you will just fall through then. Before the update you used to get pushed up by the boat.

This is kind of annoying and needs a fix. I thought it would be fixed with the addition of the bamboo raft or chest boat but no. It makes dock builds on bedrock kind of tedious because you have to jump if you don't want to fall in
