Map goes black if you go off Minecraft and back on

If you go off Minecraft without shutting the app and leaving the world if your holding a map, when you go back on the map that you've holding will be black for about 3 minutes. Then it fixes it self. Using Moto G 3rd gen Android 5.1.1

I can confirm this more or less...
I have do the same things but my maps wasn't black.
I was exploring my world and I have a few maps in my hotbar, I putting mcpe in the background and after opening the app again all maps looks like the same map. After going in other chunks the maps fixed itself.
