[MCPE-12671] Maps have stripes

Map has stripes when viewing, and is hard to see clearly depending on the view of the maps. The stripes changes size when moving and seeing the map.

this bug exist in my samsung galaxy duos 2 gt-s7582 mcpe 0.15.1 build 1. Until 0.15.1 official, it didnt fixed.

This issue still exist on 1.1 beta 7 released april 27 2017 i reproduced this issue on two shield portables tegra 4 maps not displaying properly has lines cant see location arrow either
