Summary
Throwing splash/lingering water bottles onto the candles doesn't put it off. This isn't in parity with Java Edition.
Step to Reproduce
1. Place down some candles and light them up.
2. Throw the splash/lingering water bottles on them.
---> ❌ It doesn't get put out/extinguished.
