In the changelog, there is a change where potion colors are tweaked accordingly after the glint was removed in the latest preview. However, that change was only made to the particles and caudron water.

The coloration of the potion particles and the coloration of the potions on cauldrons has been updated correctly, but the textures of potions, splash potions, lingering potions and tipped arrows are still outdated.
The changelog says they should be easier to tell apart, which they are. Looking at the pictures, the Bedrock colors are brighter or more saturated, which for me makes them easier to tell apart, except perhaps for swiftness vs. slowness. One issue with the Java colors is confirmed here: MC-260678.
@unknown - Potions were specifically stated to have had their colors adjusted, which happened everywhere else with the particles, cauldrons, etc but not with the actual item sprites. They were not changed at all, it's just that the removal of the enchantment glint makes this issue more apparent MCPE-44210
