Double Tall Sea Grass doesn't hang out of Water

In the Java Version of Minecraft Double Tall Sea Grass slightly hangs out of water and this creates a really nice effect in Swamp Biomes. In the last BETA Build the Sea Grass Model was messed up but Sea Grass did slightly hang out of water in Minecraft Bedrock, however in 1.7.0.3 this bug was removed when it actually is a feature! This doesn't just apply to iOS, it applies to all devices.

The problem with seagrass is that the pixels that make up the double plant of the seagrass are 31 pixels high in total and the water block is made up of 14 pixels, but since they are 2 blocks deep, the bottom and top ones are considered 16 pixels. only 14 pixels which gives a total of 30 pixels that's why they stick out of the water in Java

But in Bedrock it is different, the seagrasses have a pixel below their hitbox or, more clearly, this pixel is below the block that has it as a support, making the plant sink and a total of 30 pixels high, giving just the same. which measures the water at 2 blocks high but also the texture of the small seagrass has a pixel recess and the block model does not match java edition

What the comment below means: The seagrass block model (both short and tall) is offset down one pixel below where it should be. The bottom pixel of seagrass is inside the block under it.
