The villagers wouldn’t breed. I followed a tutorial and in the tutorial it worked. They won’t even pick up the carrots.

I have followed the breeding mechanics closely. What works on the Java codebase does not work in Bedrock.
They won’t even pick up the carrots.
Villagers do not pick up food if Mob Griefing is disabled in world options.
Please confirm that the Mob Griefing setting is off in the world options.
