Bees have a different flying animation in Bedrock and Java, you can see that the motion of the bee itself is different.

I would recommend adding the "vanilla-parity" label to this bug report as mentioned on https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360062341891--May-2020-Bug-reports-about-vanilla-parity-issues-on-the-bug-tracker-
@unknown Parity issues are valid as long as they meet the following criteria:
Bees were added in 1.14 (on bedrock) so this is a valid report.
Honestly, I think the Bedrock bee animation is the bug here. If it were ported over to Java, it would be the first instance ever of a mob not looking where it's facing. It would look very out of place compaed to the flying animation of ghasts, parrots, bats, the ender dragon, and many other mobs. Imagine if they just looked sideways constantly instead of facing you, that would be extremely weird.
