I am currently running on 1.18.1, and this issue is still present. I was quite looking forward to my realm no longer having fog. Currently, the render distance seems to be set somewhere around 12 chunks, even when I turn my settings up to 32 chunks. Had I known this would be an issue, I would have canceled my realms subscription.
Yes. In the current 1.18 version of Java Edition, new patches of darkness have appeared across the world without any explanation.
I tried doing that a long time ago. It said that my world had been optimized, but the issue still persists.
I've had similar issues. By now, I've probably lost 10 hours of work on my realm due to these rollbacks. One more bug that is related to this is that while on realms, leaving the Nether can sometimes cause immense amounts of lag. I expected these issues to be fixed already, and I'm quite irritated that they haven't been already. I'm not paying for realms so they can get rolled back so often. What's the point in having a realm then?
I made a build comprised of eighty bee hives, and I still struggle to make sure that my bees don't depsawn. I'm CONSTANTLY breeding more, but they always either fly incredibly far away and never come back, or they despawn. This is pretty ridiculous that the primary feature of the update is acting so dysfunctional.
Firstly, marking it as a realms bug was an accidental. Seconly, this IS a bug, not a feature. And lastly, who asked you?
I have yet to even SEE a single illager patrol in this update since 1.14. You'd think that now, with it being 1.14.1, that this would have been fixed. last time I tried to report this, it was dismissed and listed as resolved, even though it obviously isn't.
that's not true. The point that i'm making is that the more enchantment varieties that you have, the less effective ones armor appears to be over all. I never stated anything about there being a damage reduction cap. ilmango focuses on how having all of the protection types simply caps out at a certain point, and doesn't mention armor having reduced effectiveness due to "over-enchanting."
This still is bugged, but not in the sense that you'd all expect
From what I've experienced, having all of the protection types reduces the overall damage that you are protected from. It appears that when struck by an iron golem, that no damage is reduced when I adorn armor that has Fire protection 4, protection 4, projectile protection 4, and blast protection 4.
Don't see where the confusion is. The problem is that when one is afflicted with Bad Omen level 5, the game acts as if you were really affected by Bad Omen 1
This is clearly not a duplicate. The other post mentions effects that are past their maximum. This bug I'm reporting is occurring in vanilla survival on an mc realm.
that doesn't explain the complete absence of patrols for myself, nor does it explain the over abundance of patrols for other individuals.
When is this issue expected to be fixed?
I'm on my own personal Minecraft realm
this happens in my player made village, and often times the golem will suffocate.
also, are the patrols limited to certain biomes?
If this is the case, what keeps a pillager patrol from spawning in the middle of your base?
Not only did I blocked off access to the other beds, I destroyed them too, and the issue still persisted.
So, why exactly is this command not available? I'm paying for the realm, yet I can't even use it in the same way I was when it was a single player world? I wasn't aware that a Minecraft realm was a side-grade instead of an upgrade.
Even here in 1.19.3, this bug is still present. Bees are currently far more trouble than they're worth.
