it is because of the stairs use stone brick/quartz block texture but there are 3 types of stone bricks/quartz blocks so minecraftpe picked a random one for each direction it is facing i hope this helped you

okay it is must to be a problem with slowness or not/slow saving properly actions so
problem can be on your tablet or not downloading minecraft correctly/properly try to
create backup of your worlds then redownload minecraft pe
it is a modelling/rendering mob bug/glitch I guess
This isn't a bug(really not a bug?) on the edge of the world there is a very high invisible bedrock wall so you can lace things
Chiseled and pillar quartz blocks are creative only blocks sorry😞
If you can't find the minecraftpepatcher don't use it just patch the smooth shader
okay download pocket tool free from google play and then open your computer connect your computer to your android device when it connects click computer on your desktop
and click your android device connected from there a window wil open press open for viewing folders download minecraft pe patcher 0.6.0 after that drag and drop the pe patcher to a blank space inside of your android device files showing open your android device then open minecraftpe patcher (find it first)click patch.Then open your computer again download smooth shader mod after that drag and drop it to a blank space in your android device files showing.open your android device open pocket tool select install mod or patch option just patch after the patch it will say do you want to delete minecraft pe click yes it will download the modified one
you are done but I will recommend you to create a new folder minecraft pe backup in your computer just when you connect the device to the computer copy and paste all the content of minecraft pe to that folder when something goes wrong you can replace all the content with connecting and viewing the files and delete the new files from the mod (it worked for me with my android tablet)
