1.14.0.6 the zombie_villager.txt file counts all textures as one

all  zombie villagers count as one zombie villager now.

if you have a lot of textures for a singal mob, minecraft will put all of them or (usually) one texture on that mob.

game memory is full, or lag

it probably is loding all at once you just cant see them cause they are stacked upon each other. 

Your device might be too old to work with the program minecraft is built with. 

if u have a phone get the android version, it fixes everything.

minecraft relodes chunckes witch will despawn any entety that is not named

on rare occasions pe will do that too.
