What Raboy said, this wasn't an issue until 1.20.30 came out. Before 1.20.30, mining blocks, hitting monsters, taking damage was working correctly, the way they would be. However, since the 1.20.30 update, there seems to be somewhere between a small and large delay in mining blocks, hitting monsters, and taking damage.

This is a very bad bug because of there's a delay in the monsters and in taking damage, the game (and you) don't know how much damage you're being taken, neither know how much damage you're giving.

In a huge cave, I was able to only find 1 diamond per 25 minutes, as of right now, I have 11 diamonds within 4 hours of cave exploring. I usually find over three to five stacks (64) of diamonds within 4 hours.

Like going into the nether is normal, it's when you go to break blocks it's hard to explain, but I will try, anyways, you go to mine with let's say an efficiency IV Netherite Pickaxe. Go up to a block of Netherrack and start mining, as you can see with Efficiency IV Netherite Pickaxe, you can mine netherrack fast, but sometimes if you keep mining, the game will bug out and you'll know when it bugs out because you can usually hear the mining noise when the block breaks, but when this bug happens it does not make a noise. If you mine a lot before the game can cope, the game will reload specific blocks that you've mined, which wears your durability on the Netherite Pickaxe/Any Pickaxes

Yea, thanks to the Netherrack and its Ores being soft, I will mine more blocks but with quicker degrade?
