I have the same problem, and there are MANY Open GL Error Messages (over 300 per second) i´ll attach the log here.

Maybe there is netherrack between two bedrock layers at the top. If you provide me the coordinates of the Beacon I can check it.

If it took you longer than 5 minutes to get to your item they disappeared. And what do you mean with "Error".

If you placed the water it is intentional, otherwise plese provide the seed of the world.

Can confirm in 21w14a, and I think its not intentional, because you cant swing the bell with your hand in the direcrion redstone does.

The Giant´s head is also effected
