I have seen this bug in my world as well (1.2.3, recently updated) on my Kindle Fire. Yesterday though I had two beds become invisible. I could still jump on them (even had the bounce), but when I clicked on them it crashed the program. They did not ever become visible even with restarting the program, moving far away from the beds and coming back, etc.
These beds would be a problem as they would crash the game when I invited friends to the world. I was able to get rid of them by placing blocks in the locations. It destroyed the bed, but what was odd is that I had to put blocks in both bed 'block' locations to destroy it, not just one.
If this occurs again, I will save a copy of my world to provide. Really a weird bug...
I can confirm that this happens on the Kindle Fire and happens on 1.2.13. It did not occur on 1.2.12 (I have been fighting the dragon for a while).
In this case, I entered the end and fought the dragon for a while. I was killed by an enderman, and I reentered the portal to the end. This time, I went to go get my items and the dragon bar was gone. The dragon was floating near my items. I tried to attack it and nothing happened. I noticed the egg was at the top of the center part and the portal back was open.
Would love to fight the ender dragon and finally win. Any way to get him back working?
Can confirm this for the Kindle Fire, 1.2.13. There are a number of earlier posts on inventory issues, but mainly these are focused on the names of items no longer showing up on Classic. The big issue here is that stacks no longer combine if their total exceeds 64 (remainder goes into another stack). Instead, they switch positions. This is really a problem in organizing chests, refilling furnaces, etc.
As for your nieces issues, I had a book and lapis disappear from an enchanting table. I tried to recreate it, but I haven't succeeded.
Can confirm this happens on the Kindle Fire, version 1.2.14. I also sometimes get light blue where there should be land, water, sky, etc. I also had a situation where it was black like the night sky, and I could see all the mobs and underground tunnels. This last issue lasted until I slept for the night.
Haziq, just checked earlier reports on this bug, and they are being directed to MCPE-21416. This bug covers all types of entities despawning, not just villagers. For my world, the villager despawn is the worst, but I also have lost a number of horses. Hopefully we'll get a fix on this one!
I can confirm this bug for the Kindle Fire, versions 1.2.11 to 1.2.13. Its quite annoying, and I have lost most of my villagers because of it. I believe there is an earlier tracking order for this bug.
Can confirm this is an issue on Kindle Fire, 1.2.10, vanilla (no mods). The only place I can find a slime is in a swamp, and that is very rare. In previous versions, had lots of slimes in my dark mineshaft rooms. I have not been able to produce any.
I can confirm that this occurs on my Kindle Fire with two friends invited. All are playing vanilla 1.2.10, with no mods or texture packs.
What occurs is when we all go to bed, one of the players now and then will float above the bed instead of being inside the bed. It is always the same player that floats (and it is one of the invited friends). It does not happen all the time and there seems to be no rhyme or reason when it does occur. We cannot replicated for the other player or myself how to float.
We refer to this as the 'flying carpet.' 🙂
I can confirm that this bug is occurring on my Kindle Fire, vanilla version. My villagers certainly despawned as they were behind fences and in a controlled area (no mobs could get to them). Lost three out of six villagers. Oddly, all were librarians that were lost.
This issue occurred temporarily on my Kindle Fire approximately one week ago. I was playing vanilla version (no mods or texture packs). The problem stopped occurring after about fifteen minutes without even having to reboot the device.
Can confirm this happens on Kindle Fire. Did not occur before latest update.
