Can confirm this as well. All snapshots have been a little slower for me, but since 19w11a it has been intolerable. I've been testing singleplayer exclusively. I noticed when I got in a boat the lag went to unbearable 3-4 second lag as the boat jerked forward the distance of approximately a block. It isn't my video settings or computer - 1.13 runs great at max settings. Since 19w11a I can't run this at lowest video settings with chunk distance turned below 10. I'm not running any mods.
Could be that MC-140239 and MC140232 are related if not the same. See my comments for those issues.
I have this issue as well. Seems that MC-140239 and MC140232 are related if not the same. I think it could be the new villages causing the crash because when I used the locate command and went towards the village this is when the crash occurred. If so that would mean that this relates to MC-140235 as well.

I can confirm this issue as well for Minecraft 18w48a. If I try to teleport to the location of the New_Village the game crashes. Also when I try to reload that world the game crashes again.
I was having this issue as well for any underwater ruins. However, as of snapshot 18w48a it seems to be fixed, though I haven't tested it with worlds generated in Minecraft 18w47a or Minecraft 18w47b.
This issue is affecting me too. I am using two monitors and my laptop screen. The issue starts for me after the first time I open the inventory. The mouse will then be able to scroll outside of the game window and interact with other programs and the desktop that are outside the game window though it still controls the game. Very annoying and game-breaking. This issue doesn't occur on Java edition, only on the Bedrock edition. I am running Windows 10 with the latest updates, my graphics card is a standard Intel HD Graphics onboard on my laptop.
Can confirm this happens on android version but generates correctly on windows 10 edition. Tried moving a generated map from windows 10 edition to android just to see what happens - the world has the same crashing issues and the fortress is no longer there - just an empty well - thought this was strange enough to make note of.
yes it still affects 15.1 on galaxy s6 android 6.0.1. It hasn't occured every time to me, but still often enough to be annoying. On mcpe 15.0 i restarted after crash and didn't have a horse but then suddenly got teleported onto the horse i had been riding and the horse and player took damage.
could be a bug with jockeys altogether. I saw a baby zombie jockey on a grown zombie. Couldn't catch a screenshot because it killed me too fast. Affected 15.1 and android 6.0.1 on galaxy s6.

resolved on 0.15.1 build 1 on android. Everyone watching needs to check out MCPE-14641 which seems to be the biggest problem I've found at this point.
We need more votes for this issue so that it gets @tomcc @argo_major @shogicp @darngeek and the other devs attention. It causes frequent crashing, not to mention eliminates one of the best sources for saddles and other loot. Any worlds that get the glitched stronghold loaded will start crashing on exit and occasionally when the world is loaded. Still affects 0.15.1 build 1 on Android. Any world that gets the glitched fortress will almost certainly have to be restarted after the fix, so the bug holds up development on one of my favorite seeds.

can confirm this on galaxy s6 - very annoying - horses are somewhat expendable but not saddles and diamond horse armor.
fishing works on 0.15.0 beta build 2 - don't know anything about horse feeding button.

I am also getting severe lag in singleplayer. It seems like the longer the world is open the worse it gets. Seems much worse for me anytime I enter or get near water. Still observing this on pre-release 5.
