I have a related issue in the 1.18 release windows 10. I have a chest, with hopper minecart under it. I can open the chest, insert items, and they go into the hopper minecart.

If I try to open the inventory on the hopper it doesn't appear to do anything, and then I cannot open the chest, or my inventory until I have restarted minecraft. Saving and reloading the world does not resolve the issue.

If this does turn out to be intentional, our only option would be to use a pirated 3rd party launcher, or a pirated copy of the entire game. A game which we paid for already and legally own. Such ridiculousness.

There's a setting in the Microsoft Store that allows you to store offline credentials for offline play. I believe the XBox app also has such a setting, because I had to set it up to play GTA 5 offline, but that too was forgotten by the game after a day or so, preventing me from playing. Not sure if the new launcher requires both Microsoft and XBox offline permissions to be set, but you may want to give it a shot when you're online again.

When I looked into the XBox forgetting login credentials, I discovered it was done intentionally to prevent pirating. The XBox app requires online access every day or two to verifythe installation. Hence why I suspect this new issue with the launcher is intentional as well.

@unknown You're the MVP! Now let's see if they remove that button in the next update. I bet they will. I still think this is intentional. All these new modern games are requiring internet to verify the installation isn't pirated before being allowed to play. ex: GTA 5

I don't search for issues on bug trackers. It's not my job to keep track of your issues. If you don't like duplicates, merge them yourself. Don't lecture me on proper bug tracker etiquette, because I truly do not care about your workload or time, just like you do not care about your customers. Turnabout is fair play.

Hey man I'm having this issue but I'm a complete novice with that stuff. How exactly do I get your script to run?

this is definitely a realms issue, i was having these same issues and I put it on a dedicated bedrock server tonight running windows and it works so much better without problems, no lag at all. Maybe theyre not giving realms customers enough resources to properly run their games because it's not the version of minecraft it's realms

My bugs with the villager sleeping is that they sleep on the floor, or get glitched out through the walls next to the bed. Also, in addition to that I noticed that if you ring the town bell they lag severely when trying to go to their beds.

Also same goes for my mobile version I use to check on my realm whilst I’m away. Now I’m unable to play with wifi? Even those game play is clearly on “use cellular data”. What’s going on down at Mojang... those few bug fixes created a whole bunch of issues it seems.

Same thing is happening with my girlfriends realm.

This also happens to me even while using a hard-wired connection. Always happens when waking from sleep. Button is present until pushed, it tries to load, then the button disappears. Making me have to close the software and then reopen.

I always receive an error when waking from sleep: "A communication error has occurred. Please try again later. Error Code: 2306-0332"

This happens in any menu or state of the game when trying to return to the game from a sleep state from the Switch.

Sam Goode, if you trade with the villagers they will lock to that set of trades even if you break their job site.  This allows you to not loose their trade offerings in case you want to move them. That is normal behavior. If you don’t trade with the villager, they won’t be locked to that work station, and they’ll lose their trades if you break the station. This is advantageous for trying to get a specific book for cheap with the librarians and can be used with any of the trader jobs.

This also occurs on Nintendo Switch OS version 10.0.0, Minecraft version 1.14.6

Occuring on Nintendo Switch OS version 10.0.0. Minecraft version 1.14.6.

My villager won't assign a job in any respect. The villager is just there as a plain, unassigned villager. Even if I place down new job sites, and those job sites are never claimed by a different villager, this villager doesn't accept the job. I have to 'kill' the villager and re-spawn one (via giving food to other villagers) in order for a chance to get a villager that will accept a job.

I'm also receiving this invisible dragon's breath issue on the 1.14 versions (.2, .3) on Nintendo Switch.

This also happens to me on Nintendo Switch. if I sleep the console while in a realm, on the home screen, or out of game on the Nintendo switch main menu (game selection screen) and then open the game up from sleep, it'll boot me off online.

It then shows the connection button in the bottom left corner of the Minecraft main menu, asking me to connect to Nintendo Switch online account. I click the button, it acts like it's trying to connect and then the button disappears. I have to quit out and restart the game for the button to return and allow me to connect to both my Nintendo switch online account and my Microsoft account.

I am also having similar issues. Using Nintendo Switch, wired internet connection. Playing on realm with friends is not a problem. Only if I want to do local coop is there an issue.

  1. I receive error when trying to have a local player (in my house) join with two joy cons. Error states that I need a Nintendo Switch Online subscriptions to play online multiplayer. I have a paid subscription (single player, not family pass.) Error states that in order to bypass needing an online subscription, that I need to go to my world settings and turn off multiplayer support in the settings menu. Upon changing this setting, the game will still not let me load a second player.

  2. When I create a new world and turn off multiplayer support before the world is even created, I still get the aforementioned (section 1.) error as stated above.

@Christian Kauffman This Bug is on all Bedrock Platforms. I own Minecraft Bedrock edition for both Xbox One & Ps4 and it’s on Ps4 as well. It’s frustrating because this bug doesn’t happen occasionally but every time you try to breed Sea Turtles.

I too have this issue. I have the single online membership for Nintendo switch. Using a guest account to try to get a friend to play in both online and offline modes. The screen will flicker and split like it is connecting, even showing a complete player one screen on the upper split screen section. The second player's screen is blacked out and it shortly reverts back to single player mode.

I've noticed this happens on both 1.13 and 1.14 on the switch.
