I am able to test this in the latest version. I plan to test it on my switch as it is the platform I had experienced it on. However there are 3 problems keeping me from attaching any world onto a realm:
I have two realms to my name, but both are expired.
Both realms are hidden for me due to the fact that my nintendo switch online is also expired.
I do not have enough money on the eshop to renew my nintendo switch online or on the eshop, xbox store, or google play store to reopen either realm. (If i had enough on the xbox store to reopen one of my realms, I still couldn't open one due to my xbox online being expired. Also, even if i had enough money on the google play store to reopen one, I'd still need money on the eshop to renew my online subscription to access the realms to attach a world onto it from there.)
I figured I can test to see if it's still a problem my making an alternate microsoft account to do so. However, I don't think I can at the moment. While I have 3 devices that I can play Minecraft Bedrock Edition on, currently only 1 of those can I actually play online on. And, I do not have enough money on the stores of either of the other 2 devices to redeem even the cheapest online plan. So, it may be a while before I can test it. If i can remember to, I'll notify you when I can test it.
To be honest, it's been so long since I reported this issue that I forgot I even reported it. On top of that, I havent been messing with the command much either probably because of this bug (and probably because I forgot that command existed as well.) But, I believe the problem had been that the command would say in the chat, if the command is run error-free, that the maximum player count was changed successfully but I don't think it shows it. I'd imagine on the friends tab the world would still say its maximum player count is 8 instead of whatever it had been changed to, for regular worlds not realms.
Basically, the freeze would happen either as soon as or no more than a second after I pressed the pause button. Every time it did happen, I never actually felt the need to keep track of how long the game would remain frozen. However, I am unsure if the issue still persists as I haven't been on the world I had been experiencing this issue on for months possibly because the world I've been experiencing this issue on is not one of mine.
Never mind. It works fine.
I did not see any prerecorded issues related to this one. It has occurred on many of my infinite and flat worlds. All of those had the setting "Mob Spawning" disabled and most had very few entities so I doubt entity counts is causing this even partially.
Ok now its for any world i join
I'd imagine it would be best for me to test this in the world I had been experiencing this on. However, I am currently unable to do so because:
My nintendo switch online expired (I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but the world I had experienced this is is not one of mine. Also, I'd have to go on the world on my switch since the owner of the world doesn't have a microsoft account.)
I don't know how often the owner of the world is on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition
I don't know if they still have the world (I figure there is a chance they deleted the world which is a problem as I stated it's the only world I've experienced this on so far.)
