It’s too annoying to even play, but just noticed a new thing. Double clicking an item moves it from inventory to chest and back. I’m trying to scroll at the beginning of this video, then showing off the double click thing.
For Jesse, can you help me convert my world? It seems that my world is still having the problem for converting my ps4 world to bedrock. Also when I go to a copy of my original world, it was completely blank without villagers and pillagers around my base. My structures and chest disappeared too in the ps4 world. What can I do to restore it?
I reported this a while back and it got added to this as a duplicate. Classic and pocket UI act the same now, just look different. Also the combining of stacks doesn’t always work.
I am able to get this error using the same method. Water flowing problem. Dispensers could be related. Happens in vanilla. Disable water dispensers cured. Please look into this issue. It could be used to harm a server if setup in such a way. Making areas within it's straight line or single chunks nearby lockup when any client enters the area affected inside of the chunks. Look @ MC-38100
The glitch does not affect singleplayer worlds or vanilla servers anymore (Yay!), but Bukkit hasn't updated so I don't know if it affects Bukkit servers.
@ Talven sorry I did post in the wrong ticket. Thanks for pointing that out. Somehow I mistook this ticket because of a log file results perhaps. I meant this other issue https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MC-38100 Thanks again
On servers it gets much worse (see screenshot and first sentence of description), but I don't know if that is a glitch with Bukkit or the Minecraft server software. The only way to test would be to join a vanilla server, but I don't know any.
What is shown in the screenshots is a bad example of the "flashing" because it is obviously impossible to show flashing with a still image. I might try using QuickTime's video screenshot feature to capture the flashing instead of Minecraft's screenshots to give you all a better idea of what the issue is.
Talven81, the name of the .dmg file had "x64" at the end, so it should be the 64 bit version, but I will take CubeTheThird's advice and not worry about the Java version. I will now upload a screenshot of this glitch in vanilla, as Talven81 requested. I just realized the first screenshot didn't show the flashing very well, so hopefully the second screenshot will.

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but my game gave me the same update for a second time and caves are loading in old worlds.

Little mistake. The maps in pic are 0/4, 1/4 and 4/4.

This is so annoying. I’ve been working on something for months and this just makes me want to quit the game altogether.

Unfortunately, the glitch does affect snapshot 13w48b.
Here is a crash report on a vanilla server. Some issues that happen in Bukkit do exist, but they take time to occur and aren't as serious.

Here is the glitch on video. Sorry it's so short. The file size limit sucks.

Here is another screenshot and and another crash report.
