Can confirm this issue in 1.15.2
To reproduce, one must hit the minecart with a flame arrow with a minimum pull. Pull to hard on the bow, and the arrow breaks the minecart.
I got this miecart w/ chest on fire by clicking to open it as I ran up to it, but I had the bow in hand and was just barely too far away to open it when I clicked.

edit: Ok. I found that leaving the area, so the chunk containing the flaming minecart gets unloaded, puts the minecart out. But it will keep burning until that happens.
Includes signs and chests.

I am also seeing this issue on windows single player. 30-60 second wait for world to load after the sky becomes visible. Can not move during this time either.
Get to new area and have to pause the game for up to a minute before it loads the world right in front of me.
Yes, I just saw that. I tried searching first but came up with nothing about Tesselating liquid...till I did this report, then it's all over the place. 😛
This video does not show the extent of the problem. In the video, the air block almost instantly becomes a water source because it is surrounded by other water sources.
In 2 deep water, like you often find in swamps, if you break the bottom block of tall seagrass, the top block becomes air and does NOT always turn to a water source even though it is surrounded on all but the top by other water sources.
This leaves pits in the water surface that may not be visible from say a boat. The water on the sides does not flow either.
I can confirm this for 1.13 on a vanilla realms server. Shows on fire and hisses in water, can't be put out, but take no damage...
[media]Ok...I see with the duplicate its' WAI...fine...I can deal with that so long as I know it's intentional. To be honest, I did write this immediately after the above screenshot and rage quit. I apologize for the attitude...just, I've lost about 10 HC worlds to it this month alone (more than half) and it finally got to me. 😛 I've played something else for a while and I'm all better now. 😃
Creepers not detonating near instantly is a request/suggestion? Why do they hiss at all? Just make all creepers blowup instantly and see how your player base responds.

This can happen when breaking/harvesting any tall seagrass, but does not happen all the time.
This can lead to air voids in 2 deep water (as in swamps). Note it does not cause the surrounding water to flow.
This also works with lava...so it is now possible to create lava source blocks.

I have noticed this with naturally generating water and lava in caves.

It only seems to effect the water/lava when it is going over the edge of a block. Water on a level surface flows properly.
[media]Water falling straight down also works, but creates water source blocks under it.

Also, after placing smeltables into the furnace, shift+click fuel (i.e. coal) only visually places it in the fuel slot. The furnace does not start, and once you exit the furnace GUI the fuel is back in your inventory.
Note that shift+click fuel works properly if the furnace input is empty.
Darn it! I used the site's 'Search' function looking for 'furnace' and found nothing later than 2016...otherwise I would not have posted this.
Had to spit it up to get it by the 10MB limit. Sorry I don't have any online storage I could upload and link too.
I'd also like to note that since I'd been playing the world and have changed the village some since I reported this issue, I tried first to copy the the world so I could send an unaltered world file. This didn't work as the copies didn't have the corruption, so something is happening when I first gen a world that has either stopped or has another cause.
So, I like playing Hardcore SMP, which still doesn't delete the world file properly when you exit and you have to go into the 'select world' screen and delete from there. Because of that, this was the 5th world I'd made in about 2hrs of game play, having died & deleted the ones before with out restarting the client. Could it be that all the previous worlds could have caused the corruption in this one due to bad or incomplete trash collection on on the part of the JRE?
P.S.: I have also had issues where after dying and deleting the world the death screen from the previous world shows as the background on for the GUI on next world creation, this is what makes me think there might be an issue with JRE memory cleanup. I will get a screenshot the next time this happens and start a ticket on it.

Issue seems to be resolved.
