Actually yes, it is a bug, it's unnecessary to say it twice, and its not a bug that the prices are the same, I own some of the content in the Ultimate edition bundle so the price is discounted to reflect that.

Can Confirm 1.17.1, as you can see in this image, all shulker boxes use the colour of wool, except for the Purple one. (the top row is a zoomed-in view of a map)

I would label this a feature request, because biome is also ignored for grass/leaves, and dark forest/swamp colours don't display.
This is due to blocks using the biome's colourmap and items using the default one, this behaviour is intended.

Cannot replicate issue in 1.17, I've created an empty world, made a platform, and set it to night, and mobs spawn.

As Avoma said, this is invalid due to the use of an older version, but this client appears to be a modded version that supports cracked accounts, which cannot be authorized with Mojang to play on "premium" servers.
Strangely, equipping tango rose seems to fix the issue, (only while equipped)

as @unknown said, this isn't a bug, and as @unknown said, it's because unlike the Zombified Piglin, the Zoglin has skin where the second ear is.

Fair enough, not like it's preventing proper function, it just takes up more room than it needs to.
