It seems they fixed it, at least in horizontal splitscreen. Apparently it was fixed in 1.18.30.

When i tried the 1.14 beta, the bobbing was fixed, so i guess it will be an issue until 1.14 bedrock officially releases.

Having the same issue on my Iphone 5c, ipod touch 5 and ipad mini 1. However, it does not happen on my brothers ipad mini 4. Its seems to be an issue with lower end devices.

It said it was a duplicate from a post from 2017, they still have not fixed the viewmodel fov, it makes splitscreen in bedrock unplayable for me.

Have you tried reinstalling? That fixed crashing on the Minecraft logo before.
