This was an issue for me, but I also have PowerToys on my Windows machine, and turning off PowerToys completely fixes the issue for me.

Confirmed for 1.13.1, new crash report attached for that version.

Some instructions to reproduce

Open Minecraft through the launcher, click single player, click create new world, click create new world, once loaded in:

move the mouse in any direction at a constant speed, press E to open your inventory. at this point you will see the cursor seemingly ignore your input for a short period of time. (Note: it isn't ignoring input, at least not clicks. If you have an item in the inventory slot you start at when opening the inventory, and click immediately after opening it, the game will register the click and pick up the item... but it still doesn't let you move the cursor until a specific length of time passes from pressing E.

This is no longer awaiting response as I have reported the same bug, had it removed as a duplicate of this one, and submitted my crash report!

I have the same bug. I've attached a crash report of mine. Here's a video of the bug: https://youtu.be/JAzlqdfTtZM

This is not an issue for me, on Windows 7, 14w34c. (Video: http://youtu.be/jW3veZh-krs )

Swap your speakers/headphones/ear-buds around.

I think that you are supposed to post on the forums for MCPE bugs, not here.

confirmed as issue as well, if you think it is intended please explain why.

Works as intended; there is no level 2 enchantment for Aqua Affinity.

Does this happen in 14w31a?

I'm almost positive thats just how the world loads, and this works as intended.

Was the server modded, or maybe it was just lagging?

What you were testing with has nothing to do with this bug.
I was able to reproduce the bug, and I found out that the bug will happen when your survival inventory does not show during the process. There are also a few other variables that will make the bow not 'disintegrate'.

Are you sure you weren't flying before you got on the horse? If this is actually a bug it seems to have been fixed already, as I can't reproduce it in 14w31a.

Can also confirm in 13w42b - still not fixed (screenshot - Windows 7 exe) http://i.imgur.com/jzzzxwQ.png
