this is not resolved!!!

it isn't the same issue as MCPE-160716 as stated, which is annoying as there have been other similar reports (only happens with Star Wars addon) that have been marked as duplicates therefore the issue isn't being properly looked into.

Another example of support not reading the comments fully about this problem is MCPE-161779.

Hopefully, they pick it up on MCPE-162360 and look it up properly

the same problem here but we are using Nintendo Switch, which tells me this isn't a platform issue. Minecraft's version is 1.19.41, so none of the new updates seem to address this issue. The Star Wars mashup version is 1.0.68

It ruined my redstone gate, so it doesn't even work anymore.

Just an observation, my realm exhibits the same 0.0mb backup issue. BUT when everybody logs out for a bit, it seems to get a healthy backup when people offline. 

so a half hour later, the realm rest. uploaded the 24hr old backup and we are up and running. The realm does not produce backups when there are people logged in. log out and wait, you get a backup. 

tried to replace the realm with a 24hr old backup and it failed.

tried to reset the realm. failed.

tried to close the realm. failed.

This has not happen before in older versions and now crashes more often than before.

Also when you hang it on walls the stand is not supposed to be there.

I have the same issue, dude! And I'm using 1.7.10 too.

And also that means there was a patch fixing the bug? If you're talking it like that, I'm gonna get to the latest version.

I was just gonna ask the people who still use 1.7.10 if they had a response because I couldn't find anything on YouTube

You would think it would be easier/neater/more efficient to keep the first bug report posted and delete the duplicates. Instead of just constantly linking people to new bug reports which link to new bug reports. So everyone has to constantly follow this trail of links to the latest reported bug report rather then everyone (mod and user alike) just concentrating their efforts on ONE bug report. It seems like you guys are creating a lot more work for yourselves having to link all these reports together when it can be as simple as trying to resolve the original and just removing all others that duplicate it afterwards and linking them to the ONE report.

This is NOT resolved! And how can it be a duplicate of an issue that was created two days later! I am still having the problem and so are many others.

Is that all you guys do is just close reports claiming they are duplicates without ever actually resolving them? I made sure when I created my bug report there were none like it. And MINE gets closed when other people create duplicates instead of theirs? WTF

After restarting minecraft several times over the course of a few hours last night I did get it to finally load. Randomly on one of my many attempts it worked without a problem. It took several hours though and many attempts. By the time it did work I was heading to bed and just closed it out.

Trying again today I am having the same problem again... Just won't load and gets stuck on 'Preparing'... 😞 This is really annoying I can't play minecraft when I paid good money for it.
