If you have logged it upload the iOS crash logs:

Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data > Select the Minecraft with the latest date & time stamp i.e. minecraftpe-2020-01-18-103630.ips

I am suffering the same as well. Works fine on one iPad but not the other. I have logged this as well.
