I also can confirm that this bug happens when you rename any item on ps4 using an anvil on split-screen mode 

I can confirm that this bug happens when you are on split-screen mode on ps4

There is an example in this video towards the beginning the arm is in the right position because it is gameplay of 1.12.0ish then towards the end it is in the wrong position because it is gameplay of 1.14.0ish. I think the reason for the arm glitch is because the character creator was added which allows you to resize the character's height

I can confirm it is fixed on Nintendo Switch I am not sure if it is still a bug on any other platform. On PS4 I was in split-screen mode when I noticed this bug a while back.

Something similar has been happening to me where if I am on a server like The Hive I can't see anything besides entities like chests and other players. Then sometimes when I go to the pause menu it shows a loading bar and while the loading bar is there I can still move around but I can't interact with anything and my FPS is always 60 during the duration of the loading bar. It is even worse when I have a texture pack on.

Is there a way to reopen the account?

Do you have minecraft Dungeons? if you do sign in to your old one on minecraft dungeons and unlink it from minecraft dungeons 

Try signing in to your psn account by pressing the button that says sign in to psn

Please get fixed in the next update.

I think this bug happens because the unlink button in the profile screen is broken

pack missing on Ps4 and Nintendo Switch

I saw the pack a few hours ago but I don't see the pack anymore. I play on ps4

This solution will only work if you have Minecraft Dungeons and already linked a microsoft account to your psn account and trying to link a different microsoft account.

  1. Sign out of your Microsoft account in the Profile screen.

  2. If you have Minecraft: Dungeons open it.

  3. Go to Settings --> Game --> Configure Cross-Platform Play.

  4. Sign in with your original Microsoft account.

  5. After you Sign in with your original Microsoft account Go to Settings --> Game --> Configure Cross-Platform Play.

  6. Click Unlink Microsoft account.

  7. Exit Minecraft: Dungeons.

  8. Open Minecraft for Playstation 4.

  9. Sign in with your 2nd Microsoft account.

  10. It should work.
