4: open up hitboxes

Invalid - Enderman cannot pick up plant pots, look at the #endermen_holdable block-tag in the F3 menu. I have added two screenshots showing this:

This is invalid as it is modded.
Can confirm in 1.21.1, I have also attached a video. I also found that any entity entering the boat then leaving would trigger this.
