Didn't play vanilla for a little while. Don't know if it's stil there. But no such bug fix shows on the Mojang site. It doesn't even have an assignee.
Don't know if it it the same, but after moving from 14w21b to 14w26b, the nether generated in strips like this ABOVE bedrock.
Chunks generated in 14w26b. ABOVE bedrock!!!
I support Early Reflections. I just spent 2 hours in a swamp biome, night locked with "DoDayLightCycle=false" and during a full moon. I saw 4 medium slimes and a few tiny ones. I saw several slimes spawning and instantly despawning, a bit like when peacefull mode is on and you see quick "spawn/despawn" of monsters. This place used to be FULL of slimes before....
Fun thing, they will not pick their bread (the one they throw at each other) but they pick mine (if I throw them bread). Looks like somehow the bread they throw is invalid – I'd bet it has to do with this new way to handle IDs Mojang is implementing. Like: they pick items with string reference but what they "craft" still uses IDs or something like that.
Got the same issue. Tried to lower the background music volume but it didn't work either while the disc was playing.
Indeed. I retried and it worked.
I don't know how to update the affected version. But that bug still exists in 15w35e. I just happened to me now. I had built 6 golems for my gold farm (With portals in the overworld). All 6 were temporarily "traped" in a 2 by 2 walled hole while I was updating my design. Went to my main base to get some stuff (+128 blocks away) and came back to find only one left. 5 had vanished 😞
