Does this also apply to zombies becoming drowned?
Already was confirmed in 21w11a, want to add that I have found this to impact walking, swimming, and breathing of frogs.
It also impacts the tongue animation, which causes a slight desync between the animation and when the target entity is pulled in.
Along with what YZERO said, it also seems that just throwing a wind charge to the sky causes it to never get unloaded if its chunk is loaded. Perhaps they should despawn after a minute like fireballs do to prevent this.
