I haven't seen this mentioned, so I'll add this info. I went back to check my game today, and still no cape. So I equip my 15th anniversary cape, but it is renamed to 15 Year cape. Could this be a part of the bug?? Picure posted above.
Claimed my cape Sunday. Its Monday and it has still not been given to me. And yes I quit, restarted, restarted my xbox, etc. Nothing works.
In all fairness, the second link you provided has nothing to do with the issue I have encountered.
Somewhat, but this post does not mention the rubberband issue I encountered when I returned to the lobby. I had just played grid runners, completed the challenge for painting blocks wearing the purple hat, returned to lobby, and everyone spawning in, including myself, were rubber banding uncontrollably. In addition to that, I could not access the game menu at all so I had to hard close my xbox. When I returned later, all progress and cosmetics had been wiped.
Same issue here on my single player survival world.. Playing newest update on xbox series s.
