for those who haven't checked in a while, there's been two more updates in the last few days. just open the launcher and it will auto update.
unfortunately it still does not work for me, but hopefully it will for someone else here.

no its like it never existed, there is no trace of it, I have tried everything, looked everywhere. The save file is still present, its nothing like anything I've seen, there's no help on yt.

no but the zoglings are targeting the wither but not doing damage, the wither just had a load of zoglings crowding it.

also affects ios on 1.13.3

This happened to me too. ipad mini 2, ios 12

Nether portals are also affected. Particle emitting blocks (nether portals, torches) still emit particles.

I would imagine this bug is caused in attempt to limit the capabilities of the observer block. Because the observer block shouldn't be able to detect redstone updates to the block, the feature of redstone updating blocks was simply removed. However, this also causes errors when updating other items attached to the block, such as, in this case, torches.
