Comment from Issue MCPE-140964: Minecraft store not allowing us to access purchased mods or store content.  Has been an issue for a while, from reading a variety of blogs I can see it is an issue for a lot of other users too!  Error message says to check the internet connection but there is no issue with the internet connection. Occasionally some thumbnail images of store items load however, when trying to open them, we get the same message about internet issues.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Minecraft

  2. Go to store.

  3. Go to "my packs" or "the store"
    Observed Results
    Message "We're unable to connect to the Minecraft Store.  Try checking your Internet connection."
    Expected Results**
    Purchased content and other items in store should be visible and available.

this has been resolved! somehow when I backed it up it came back to 60fps. how do I delete/resolve it?

I am also having this issue. It seems like it happens when I minimize Minecraft while in windowed mode. Like the person above, it only happens sometimes, and I can usually fix it if I minimize the application and pull it back up until I get the window to show the game correctly again. I forced a crashed while the window was fully pink, I hope this can help:

I should probably also mention that I am running Minecraft in Windows 10 with a Ryzen 1400, RX 580, and 8 gb ram.
