Update: this only seems to be happening on old worlds, I started a new world and played for hours with no crashing/glitching/lagging, the world i have that was originally a PS4 editions world is the world I am having issues with. Is this a conversion issue??? I have put hundreds of hours into my "PS4 editions" world that I do not want to lose, i played last night and it deleted all of the animals in farms after a crash??????? what is going on.
THIS NEEDS FIXING!!! hundreds of players worldwide are experiencing these issues on PS4!!! it seems to be getting worse day by day, the game deleted my red stone shulker boxes along with 12 minecarts in a bamboo farm and my hourse!!!! i had to restore a backup, i can no longer play the game until this is fixed!!!
Happened to me twice, I have 12 Minecarts in a Bamboo farm, all 12 have disappeared twice now... plus one i have in a sugar cane farm, Im on PS4 bedrock 1.16.1 singleplayer.
Happening to me in my Enderman farm in the End dimension. PS4 bedrock, 1.16.1 singleplayer, orbs float around at feet.

I have not been able to re-create this issue since it happened, I was having issues with the villagers freezing at the time so this may have contributed to the bug, im not sure, happy for this to be closed.
