try delete version folder (.minecraft/version/{version}) and also indexes folder (.minecraft/assets/indexes/{version})

if you will run version again, files will be re-installed

maybe its dumb anti viruses deleted some parts or you was having wrong time on pc so java downloads was blocking (your pc couldn't check java certificate)
