Same issue here. 1.18.2. I have 285GB free space on my drive. So maybe my "hard drive" ISN'T "full".

I guess I'll cancel my realms subscription as it's effectively useless for my purposes.

Does anyone have any actual tested deterministic workarounds for this problem that doesn't involve a laundry list of "reinstall windows" type solutions that don't do anything to solve the root of the problem?

Still a problem in 1.17.41. Every once in a while I'm able to actually get into a map or a server, but 99% of the time I see this.
