Spent 1+ hours looking in those biomes too. No rabbits 🙂
Maybe we only get to have the yellow and white rabbits now in survival. /sarcasm

Wiki says 1.9,[upcoming] rabbits naturally spawn in deserts, flower forests, taiga, mega taiga, cold taiga, ice plains, ice mountains, ice spikes, and the "hills" and "M" variants of these.
Still cant find rabbits in hills, flowers, and taiga. Will report back if i find any. So far i still call it a bug 🙂

What if i told you, rabbits do not spawn in "forests (mixed colours) and a couple of other biomes."
Would you - then - consider that a bug?
Because they don't spawn there in pre2.! Only Desert and ice.

And no i don't want them to spawn more frequently, because you can't walk 10 meters in a desert or ice biome without tripping over a bunny. They are plenty there 😉

How do you get the other colours of rabid when only desert and snow rabbits spawn? Yellow and white.
You all say they only spawn in certain biomes. Are plains no longer one?
Are we not clear enough of what the bug is?
It's not about size or them running away.
I checked all over in creative.
Prove me wrong then. Make a NEW world in 1.9 pre2 and show me a rabbit outside desert and snow.

Pigs love wheat. They don't show hearts..
I think you would agree it's inconsistent and have no use on the wild wolfs. They don't even heal.
I have this too SMP.
I store named, colored, shulker boxes in the End chest.
Today one of then was re-named back to default and all content was gone RIP.
It kept its color though.
