What I expected to happen was...:
When i trigger a TNT minecart with a activator rail, the block below the powered rail (not considering the one that the rail is on) are supposed to stay intact, since the block that the rail is on acts as a shielding block and damage isn't supposed to go trough it (like a obsidian block)
What actually happened was...:
when i trigger the TNT minecart with a activator rail, the block below the powered rail (not considering the one that the rail is on) get destroyed, same goes when you surround the TNT minecart with blocks WITH rails on top of them (as trying to create a controlled explosion), damage goes through those blocks and destroy the block, within range, that don't have a rail on them.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a platform (ANY block, considering even obsidian and bedrock) a few block in the air.
2. Place any type of rails on those blocks (exept 1 activator rail on which we are gonna place 1-5 TNT minecarts)
3. Build a other platform (made of breakable blocks : Avoid obsidian and bedrock) 2 blocks below the first one.
4. Power the activator rail that will ignite the TNT minecarts.
5. The second platform will get destroyed by the damage.

well it seems you miss understood my statement if that is what you are saying : I was talking about the blocks below the track and the blocks carrying it, its not logical that blast goes through those blocks since the last bug i reported said that they aren't supposed to go through block. This includes blast going through bedrock, just because a rail is on top of them.
Reopened for the devs to decide.
Other mods/helpers, the ticket basically says
Have a layer of blocks with rails and a tnt minecart on it 1 thick an wider than the explosion, and have breakable blocks below it, the breakable blocks still break, even tho the explosion should be stopped from hitting those blocks.
As far as I can tell, this is intentional. They explicitly treat rails as impervious to explosions when they go boom so long as they're on them.
Also, apparently was confirmed a feature (was just sent this): https://twitter.com/Dinnerbone/status/291212723755307009
I am very disappointed about how you guys solve things here. I don't know how your logic works, last bug i reported was blast not going through blocks : you tell me it works as intended, now i'm making a report on the complete opposite and you tell me it works as intended, so please, i need a explanation, did you bother to read the entire thing ?
