[MC-160528] End portals do not negate fall damage

When falling into an end portal from a height of more than 4 blocks, you will take fall damage. To reproduce, find or create an end portal, and then fall into it from a height of more than 4 blocks.

As of 1.21 I can reproduce this with the exit portal too- it's not overworld-exclusive.

I don’t understand why is it a bug, you don’t lose momentum when you go through Nether portal either.
