[MC-176840] Ores no longer drop experience when blown up

The Bug

When blowing up nether gold ore, coal ore, redstone ore, lapis ore, nether quartz ore, diamond ore, and emerald ore, it no longer drops experience. These ores dropped experience in 1.14.4 when blown up by any means (regardless of whether it's done by the player).

Steps to Reproduce

Summon a large cube of diamond ores.

/fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~9 ~5 ~9 minecraft:diamond_ore

Place some TNT on top of the large cube and ignite it.
Take note as to whether or not the ores drop experience orbs upon being destroyed by explosions.

Observed Behavior

Ores no longer drop experience orbs when destroyed by explosions.

Expected Behavior

Ores would drop experience orbs when destroyed by explosions, just like they did in 1.14.4.

The Bug:

This issue was not present in 1.14.4.

Note that while it claims to be fixed in 22w17a, the patch notes for 22w17a claim it is ONLY fixed in cases where the player lit the tnt (so no redstone cases or fire charge shot out of a dispenser cases). This bug report is for all cases, so should be reopened since it hasn't been fully fixed.

Strange, since the changelog said now they do. If you're using multiple pieces of tnt, the second piece of tnt could be blowing up the xp orbs.

Sculk does drop XP when blown up now, so MC-249190 has been fixed; however it only drops if the explosion was caused by a player. Therefore please file a new bug report instead since the old bug report no longer applies.

Edit: This was already reported and resolved as WAI, see MC-250965.

Resolving this back to Fixed - the parity issue was reported separately in MC-250965, and subsequently resolved as WAI by Mojang. This decision was later re-confirmed to us internally - the parity issue is on the Bedrock side, not Java.
