[MC-5614] When anvils fall on crops or flowers, they don't crush them

The bug

When an anvil falls onto farmland, it destroys the tilled land and turns it into dirt, but when an anvil falls on an actual crops, it turns into a drop instead of crushing the crop.

Confirmed for crops, saplings and flowers, but not for tall grass (fern, dead bush)

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w08a? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

In 14w08a, anvils still don't crush crops, but don't turn them into drops either.

@unknown Adding affected versions other than the latest release or the latest snapshot, requires some extra effort and is usually not all that useful. Also if you notice a ticket's already been confirmed for any version, you don't need to reconfirm it for that one.
