[MCL-26764] I have to purchase Minecraft again, and It says that I'm offline, and can't log in to minecraft.net

Hello,

My username is [deleted], my Microsoft account is [deleted] and am experiencing an issue with the Minecraft Launcher.

When I open the launcher, it says that I am offline. It also says that it cannot detect the Minecraft items and games I have already purchased. Because of this, the launcher is asking me to buy Minecraft again even though I already own it.

I have tried signing out and signing back in, but the problem continues.

Please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a way to restore access to my purchased games.

I also can’t log in to minecraft.net and when i enter my account I’m brought back to the login page over and over again

Please help.
