hi sorry for late response, but nope, i actually never asked them. But i still find it weird of why their usernames are like that

Oh btw this also happens on previous versions too but it still happens on 1.21.62 aka latest version

Btw the affected version is actually 1.21.0, not 1.21.10.23 preview

update: I went to update my minecraft to 1.19.10 on my phone, and yet the bug is still occuring, like it still took up like 1.2 to 1.9 MB of cache data. Mojang could prob prioritise fixing this bug tho

So is Mojang gonna fix the bug tho, as it affects android users like me. To add on, I didnt use the marketplace, but only played on the servers itself only.

for me the cache data seemed to increase alot on my android phone due to both going onto the minecraft marketplace as well as playing on the servers itself. I find it really strange of why the amt of cache data seemed to have increased alot to 1.8MB on my phone, like usually whenever Im done playing servers, the cache data only takes up like 0.1 or 0.2MB which happened before version 1.19, and the bug report that i created was marked as duplicate as it was the same as this bug report, and im playing on version 1.19.2.02
