Entities transfer from the nether using the portal despawns when going back to the overworld.

I can confirm. I just  pushed a parrot through a nether portal and it disappeared. I went into the overworld and it was gone.

I have just found that when the parrots are transported they go back to world spawn. I think thats a fix

I can confirm this is happening on Win 10 edition. All my wolves that I bring back from the nether, disappear into the seeming void. No idea where they are. 1.14.3

Edit: I want to add that when i breed them in the nether, some just disappear or as if the breeding failed, doesn't show up at all.

Still not fixed, but I found out some things. If your parrot/entity was in the nether prior to teleporting, and your parrot/entity disappears after going to the overworld, definitely look in the original world spawnpoint. Had a parrot of mine disappear after coming from the Nether into the Overworld and went on to check the world spawn point and it was there. Unfortunately, we lost a parrot from the overworld into the nether, so if they disappear from Overworld to Nether, I am not sure. I tried looking for about and hour and came to no avail. If someone is able to locate their lost pet, please let me know.

In short, I can confirm my parrot/mob teleported to the world spawn. However, I had a parrot disappear from the Overworld into the Nether (they disappeared in the nether) I tried searching everywhere in the Nether and could not find them, even by doing a command to teleport all loaded parrots to me. If anyone gets a clue, would love to be let known.

The issue reported here is being tracked at MCPE-66818 since the 1.16.0 release. The problem with pets disappearing is explained in this comment on that ticket.
