Waterlogged leaves flood the area unlike the waterlogged leaves on Java

After checking the water-logged leaves in java the water inside doesn't flood the area. Unlike on bedrock it floods the area even though it should not flood the area because it's inside a full block. It should act like the water-logged mangrove roots on java.

i feel like water should be flowing out of them in java!

Affects v1.20.32 as well.

This error persists in version 1.20.81 bedrock

This is also happening on version 1.20.81 any solution

This is also an issue with mangrove roots, they contain water on Java however on bedrock the water flows out.
