After checking the water-logged leaves in java the water inside doesn't flood the area. Unlike on bedrock it floods the area even though it should not flood the area because it's inside a full block. It should act like the water-logged mangrove roots on java.

This is also an issue with mangrove roots, they contain water on Java however on bedrock the water flows out.
