Still an issue as of 1.19.22. For example, left menu in marketplace has "editorialtool.localization.gotodressingroom" on it.

I'm also seeing the same issue in 1.19.
Sometimes it never un-freezes, and I have to force-reload my game (losing some progress).

I'm seeing the same issue, the freezes seem to happen more and more frequently as I build out my world, not so much early game. It usually resolves itself after a minute or so of waiting, but that's still pretty annoying.
