Third instance but the affected Seedling is exhibiting an additional bug
Additional footage of the Seedling that stands passively and does not attack after being hit.
Second instance (at a higher power level) of a Harmonizer creating a post-mortem unkillable Sentinel.
I got the same glitch and was still able to defeat it out of bounds.

The overlay to view potential enchantments can sometimes not appear while hovering over the level sometimes.

A similar bug happens with other mobs applied the minecraft:as_baby attribute.
