I have this issue with main menu. I'm seeing only triangle shapes and not actual buttons. These shapes flashed and temporally damaged my screen, flashing left a shadow on my screen. Luckily it disappeared after couple hours.
Please check my issue (linked as duplicated) ticket MCPE-115421 which includes my AMD graphic card details such as drivers' versions. TLDR; Latest AMD Radeon Software version and drivers installed.
Affects 1.16.4. The best way it can be noticed it while running in caves.

Have the same issue on an iPad Air 2. It was not directly related to parental controls though. I.e. my son played for some longer time already being connected with his child account.
We played together as family and everything was fine. At some point in time Minecraft kept crashing at the splash screen. Reinstalling did fix the crash but it keeps crashing whenever I try to login with XBox account.
Strange thing: The login never asks for username or password. How in the world is this remembered when I delete the App. Is there any way to purge XBox data from the device?
Are there any logfile I could provide you with. If it helps I would have the possibility to connect this to a Mac or eventually even place some debug-enabled IPA on this specific device.
1.15. It happened to me when I collected blocks which had torches on.

This happens with 1.15 too. After dying in hardcore and respawning in spectator game mode the world is not visible. F3 shows message "Waiting for chunk...".
Also game doesn't generate area where you spawned or saved your bed point.

I have the the same issue, This issue makes playing 1.12-pre1 unusable for me
It occurs not just with (cobble) slabs, also with chests and (accacia) planks (maybe others). The object seem to be crafted, when I load the world again, the object is in my inventory.
I tried both jre1.8.0_131 and built in Java.
The world is newly generated with one of the snapshots.
It worked fine with the last snapshot before 12-pre1.

I saw the same on stone walls, they have an odd texture, too, looks like it is streched. I saw this first time with 15w44b, 15w44a did not have this issue for me
I definitely see it in normal survival mode without doing anything related. Just after a few nights (1-3) I see a skeleton or 2 standing in sunlight without moving. Ideally you should be on a big open area. I tried it on a world created with 15w43c, playing the latest snapshot 15w44a (I have no idea, if it matters, when you created the world)
I've seen this in 15w44a.
I did not need to fight any skeletons, just after a day or so a skeleton would spawn and just stands there until I reload the game. I can hit it once, after that I cannot touch it anymore
For me this is happens much more often in 1.8 than in 1.7.10. I decided to stop playing, until this bug is fixed. I'm tired of killed villagers and escaping animals, whatever the reason for it is.
